In a recent interview, former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes discussed his time on the brand and the legacy he hopes to leave behind.

Hayes expressed his ambitions from the outset, declaring his desire to become a top star in NXT. He noted his meeting with Shawn Michaels, where he conveyed his goals.
