In addition, the government of Gujarat and Mazagaon Dock signed an MOU to operate a special submarine at Dwarka, which will allow pilgrims and tourists alike to glimpse the remains of the submerged city. Capable of diving 300 ft under the sea and accommodating up to 24 passengers, this venture opens up new avenues for exploring India’s submerged heritage, making the ancient wonders of Dwarka accessible to all.
