In addition to the three counties under the tornado watch, parts of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky are also affected. A flash flood warning has been issued for multiple counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Washington, Butler, Beaver, and Lawrence.
