Olga Kurylenko, Kristofer Hivju Join Dave Bautista, Samuel L. Jackson in ‘Afterburn’ as Filming on Black Bear Action Adventure Gets Underway
A star-studded cast has come together for the upcoming action adventure movie ‘Afterburn’, currently in production.
The Characters
The film will feature Dave Bautista as a treasure hunter searching for the Mona Lisa in a post-apocalyptic world. Samuel L. Jackson plays his right-hand man, while Olga Kurylenko portrays a skilled assassin and Kristofer Hivju takes on the role of a mysterious guide.
The Production Team
‘Afterburn’ is based on a Red 5 comic book, adapted by Matthew Johnson and Nimrod Antal. J.J. Perry, known for his work on ‘The Killer’s Game’, directs the film. Original Film produces the project, with Neal H. Moritz, Toby Jaffe, Steve Richards, Jonathan Meisner, and Chris Milburn serving as producers. Bautista also produces through his Dogbone Entertainment banner.
