## Michael Cole’s Revenge: Fires Back at Roman Reigns for “Derogatory Insult”
Accusations of Bias and a Personal Jab
Michael Cole, a veteran commentator for WWE’s Monday Night RAW, has responded to Roman Reigns’ recent derogatory remarks made during an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Cole, who has faced accusations of bias towards Cody Rhodes over The Bloodline, addressed Reigns’ insult in a segment on the show. “I think it also has to do with the fact that Roman Reigns come on this program last week and called me a d*ck rider,” Cole stated.
Gratitude for Cody Rhodes and Disdain for The Rock
Cole went on to express his gratitude for Rhodes’ contributions to The JBL & Cole Show during a time when the wrestler was struggling in his role as Stardust. However, Cole also expressed disdain for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, accusing him of opportunistically entering the scene to win a world championship at Rhodes’ expense.
“What does The Rock do? The business gets hot again. Rock decides he wants to be a part of it. He pushes his way in through the door. He decides to take the spot of my man, Cody Rhodes, in the main event of WrestleMania,” Cole remarked.
“We Want Cody” Chants
Cole concluded by highlighting that Cody Rhodes had heard the fans’ desire for him to return to WrestleMania and had reclaimed his spot in the kickoff event. The crowd responded with loud “We Want Cody” chants.
Implications and Future Prospects
Cole’s comments have further fueled the debate surrounding possible tensions within WWE, particularly between The Bloodline and Rhodes. It remains to be seen whether these verbal exchanges will escalate into more tangible conflict or if they will simply remain as heated words between the parties involved.
