This investment will fuel the company’s ambitious expansion plans, including boosting working capital and general corporate needs.

  • Issue Price: ₹13.4 per share (lower than the current market price of ₹45.69)
  • Shares on Offer: 3.34 crore shares
  • Subscription Period: June 24 – July 12, 2024
  • Rights Entitlement: 1 rights share for every 15 shares held

  • Net Profit: ₹11.62 crores, a more than 10-fold surge from ₹1.02 crores.
