This investment will fuel the company’s ambitious expansion plans, including boosting working capital and general corporate needs.

- Issue Price: ₹13.4 per share (lower than the current market price of ₹45.69)
- Shares on Offer: 3.34 crore shares
- Subscription Period: June 24 – July 12, 2024

- Net Profit: ₹11.62 crores, a more than 10-fold surge from ₹1.02 crores.
