This strategic move is designed to centralize data, streamline operations, and enhance guest experiences.
Centralizing Operations for Growth
Pro-invest Group sought a robust PMS solution to support its ambitious growth plans and manage a diverse portfolio of hotels, ranging from independent properties to global brands. By consolidating multiple PMS systems onto Oracle OPERA Cloud, the group aims to gain a centralized view of hotel and guest data, eliminating inefficiencies and duplication.

After a successful pilot at The Sebel Canberra Campbell, Pro-invest has expanded its Oracle OPERA Cloud implementation to three additional locations. The company plans to have the majority of its hotels under both Pro-invest Group and its joint venture Vista Hospitality Group operating on OPERA Cloud by mid-2025.
