KULR committed 90% of its surplus cash to bitcoin in December 2024, bought 1,021 coins at an average above $100,000 and reported a 291% BTC yield. Two 2026 filings show it sold every one of them for $80.1 million — $29.7 million less than they cost — to fund a battery business losing $11 million a quarter.
